Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
▪ Streetbeat does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
▪ Streetbeat’s joint marketing partners can include financial service companies.
Other important information
We share your personal information with nonaffiliates to provide services to you. For example, we share information with Alpaca Securities, LLC, the third-party broker on your account, to execute your security transactions. We also share information with Plaid, Inc., the third-party vendor that provides connections between your financial institutions. You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Streetbeat or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship with us, solely to help us identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. California Residents. We will not share information we collect about you with non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by law, such as to process your transactions or to maintain your account. We also send California residents a California notice for additional choices.
