Terms of use.
Effective date: July 29, 2026 · Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Streetbeat business-to-business website, including its content, demonstrations, forms, and publicly available materials (the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Nowcasting.ai, Inc. (“Streetbeat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Website terms and customer agreements
These Terms apply to the public Website. They do not themselves grant access to the Streetbeat enterprise platform, APIs, or customer environments.
Enterprise products and services are provided only under a separately executed agreement, such as a Master Services Agreement, order form, Data Processing Addendum, or other written contract (collectively, a “Customer Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Customer Agreement concerning paid or contracted services, the Customer Agreement controls.
The Streetbeat consumer investment application is subject to separate retail terms and disclosures.
3. About Streetbeat
Streetbeat provides technology and artificial-intelligence infrastructure for financial-services organizations.
Descriptions, demonstrations, roadmaps, illustrations, and examples on the Website are general information only. Available functions depend on the applicable product, deployment, configuration, customer data, jurisdiction, and Customer Agreement.
Nothing on the Website creates a commitment to provide a particular feature unless that commitment appears in an executed Customer Agreement.
4. No professional or regulatory advice
The Website does not provide legal, compliance, regulatory, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.
Streetbeat technology may support customer-defined workflows, controls, review processes, documentation, and auditability. It does not guarantee that a customer, workflow, output, portfolio, recommendation, or decision complies with any law, regulation, regulator rule, internal policy, or professional standard.
Customers and users remain responsible for:
- Determining which requirements apply to them.
- Configuring and using products appropriately.
- Reviewing outputs.
- Maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Making final legal, compliance, investment, suitability, and business decisions.
- Obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
References to GDPR, MiFID II, SEC rules, FINRA rules, the EU AI Act, or other legal frameworks do not represent certification, regulator approval, or a guarantee of compliance.
5. No investment offer or advice
Unless a page expressly states otherwise and provides the applicable retail disclosures, Website content is not:
- Investment advice or a personal recommendation.
- An offer to buy or sell a security or financial product.
- A solicitation of an offer.
- A recommendation of an investment strategy.
- A representation that a product is appropriate for a particular person or institution.
Streetbeat LLC’s registration as an investment adviser relates to its regulated advisory activities. Registration does not imply endorsement by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any particular level of skill or training, and it does not convert the B2B Website or enterprise technology into investment advice.
6. Artificial-intelligence outputs
Artificial-intelligence and machine-learning systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected results.
Website demonstrations and examples may use simulated, illustrative, or limited information. They should not be used as the sole basis for a legal, regulatory, investment, suitability, employment, credit, or other high-impact decision.
Users must apply appropriate professional judgment and human review.
7. Permitted use
You may access and use the Website for lawful business-information and evaluation purposes.
You may not:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, systems, or accounts.
- Interfere with Website security, availability, or operation.
- Introduce malware or harmful code.
- Circumvent technical limitations or access controls.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Website content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
- Use Website content to develop or train a competing model, product, or service without written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Use Streetbeat names, marks, or materials in a misleading manner.
Streetbeat may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users, or its legal rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including software, text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, designs, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Nowcasting.ai, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Streetbeat grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view and use the Website for internal business-evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Streetbeat is a brand of Nowcasting.ai, Inc. Patents and patent applications associated with Streetbeat technology may be owned by Nowcasting.ai, Inc. References to patent filings must not be interpreted as a representation that every described feature is patented.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback concerning the Website or Streetbeat products, Streetbeat may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that Streetbeat does not publicly identify you without permission.
Do not provide confidential information through general Website feedback channels.
10. Third-party materials and links
The Website may refer or link to third-party websites, data, products, or services.
Streetbeat does not control third-party materials and is not responsible for their availability, terms, security, accuracy, or privacy practices. A reference or link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the third party’s terms.
11. Publicity, names, and logos
Customer, partner, publication, and third-party names or logos may be displayed only where Streetbeat has an appropriate basis to do so.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply certification, endorsement, partnership, or approval unless expressly stated.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Streetbeat disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties concerning the Website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
Streetbeat does not warrant that:
- Website information is complete, current, or error-free.
- Every product description applies to every deployment.
- Demonstrated or anticipated results will be achieved.
- The Website will be continuously available or free from harmful components.
- Use of the Website or Streetbeat technology will ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetbeat and its affiliates, officers, directors, personnel, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to the Website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetbeat’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Liability arising under a Customer Agreement is governed by that agreement.
14. Privacy
Streetbeat’s B2B Website and Platform Privacy Notice explains how Streetbeat processes personal information.
The Cookie Notice explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.
Privacy notices provide information and are not contractual consent forms.
15. Changes
Streetbeat may update the Website and these Terms. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
Material changes apply prospectively from the date stated in the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising solely from public Website use must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives an individual a nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
17. Severability and waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
